Products
While we tried to ensure all pictures and descriptions representing the products are as accurate as possible, due to the different calibration of different monitors, the color on your screen might not appear exactly the same as the actual products.
Secure Payment
Atelier J* implemented strict security measures to protect your credit card and other confidential personal information, and do not release your information to any outside organizations without your consent. We used SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt the information that you send us during checkout, hence it cannot be read while in transit.
Atelier J* website uses Paypal's secure payment gateway for settlement. After confirming your order, you will be redirected securely via SSL technology to Paypal's payment page. You may settle with your Paypal account or your credit card (For the credit card payment option, you may click on the 'Settle with your credit card' link on the left of the Paypal payment page).
Atelier J* products and services are denominated in HKD. However, your bank might convert it into your local currency during settlement with their exchange rate. Atelier J* has no control or liability over the discrepancy of the exchange rate or extra fees incurred from your bank.
Shipping
To make life easier, we have introduced a flat shipping rate system. For local order in Hong Kong, the flat shipping rate is HKD38. For the rest of the world, the flat shipping rate is HK79 (Approximately USD9.95).
*3 extra working days is required for monogrammed items before shipping
*Actual transit time might also vary according to your local postal handler's schedule
For Hong Kong order, your order will send via Hong Kong Post next day delivery service.
All International order are shipped via Hong Kong Post Registered Air Parcel service (where applicable). We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Should you require a different shipping method, please contact us before placing your order.
Restricted Items
Due to size and customs restrictions some items available for sale are not available to some countries, you may be asked to remove an item from your shopping bag if your specific destination country does not permit the import of that item.
Backorders
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be "backordered." You will not be charged for backordered items until they are shipped out. In the event a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If for any reason you would like to cancel a backorder, please email us at order@atelierjshop.com with your order number and details.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order without incurring any charges/fees within 1 day from date of order.
Exchanges
Atelier J* merchandise is guaranteed for 10 days from receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason during this time, please let us know and we will offer an exchange or credit for you (excluding shipping cost).
For monogrammed item, beacause they are made to order, custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
Exchange Process
You must contact us at order@atelierjshop.com within 10 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep. The order number must be visible on the outside of the returning package and the original packing list must be enclosed or we can not processed with the exchange. All return shipping cost, custom tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The return will be made at the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase.
